Bemidji Mudcats are again hosting the "Dale Ross Memorial" Tournament the second weekend in June (13-15). Looking for competitive teams to fill the last couple spots in our eight-team tournament. Each team will get three 7-inning games depending on the weather. Games are on two fields. There current home field received some significant renovations this fall. A new scoreboard and dugouts to give Bemidji one of the finest ballparks in the northern part of the state. Rum River Bandits of the Metro Minny League are hosting a six-team, weekend tournament June 27-29 in Cambridge. It will be pool play, with two, three-team pools. Third place and championship games to be played Sunday. We'd like to feature a Legion game on Saturday night, preferable with one of the towns represented in the tournament against a Cambridge, North Branch, or Braham legion team.
